Trevor Bennion has his master’s degree in exercise physiology and is currently a doctoral student in Health Science and Education. He currently sits on the board of the American College of Sports Medicine for the Rocky Mountain Region, and teaches master’s level exercise physiology and advanced sports nutrition courses. Through his experiences doing research on exercise performance, sports supplements, and energy expenditure, Trevor brings much excitement and passion to the field of nutrition education.
